Miami Book Street Fair, South Florida Writers Association Booth 214, November 14-16

My books, How To Negotiate Like A Pro and How To Mediate Like A Pro will be displayed at the Miami Book Street Fair at Booth 214 sponsored by the South Florida Writers Association. The SFWA is very prolific and there will be lots of member writers and their books. Booth 214 is near the Food Court.

The Street Fair runs 10:00 to 6:00 each of the three days. Friday is free and there is a $5.00 fee on Saturday and Sunday. Please stop by and say hello. If you mention my blog, I will give you a discount on the books.


Here is some information on parking and directions:
Entrances to the Fair...

Four main entrances to the Fair are available.-RED ENTRANCE: N.E. 5th Street.
-BLUE ENTRANCE: N.E. 4th Street.
-YELLOW ENTRANCE: N.E. 2nd Avenue.
-PURPLE ENTRANCE: N.E. 1st Ave.

By Metrorail...
Ride to Government Center and transfer to Metromover’s Inner Loop. Exit at College North or College Bayside Station. For information on Metrobus schedule, Metrorail Parking and Metrorail schedules visit: www.co.miami-dade.fl.us/transit/ or call 305-770-3131.

By Tri-Rail...
From Broward and all points north, ride Tri-Rail southbound to the Tri-Rail/Metrorail Transfer Station. Board the southbound Metrorail. Follow instructions above. For more information on Tri-Rail schedules visit www.tri-rail.com or call 800-TRI-RAIL (874-7245).

By Car...
-From the North:
Take I-95 South and exit right onto NW 8th Street. Go straight to 5th Street. Go seven blocks to NE 2nd Ave.

-From the South:
Take US 1 to I-95 North and exit right onto NW 2nd Avenue. Go north two
blocks to NW 5th Street and turn right. Go east six blocks to NE 2nd Avenue and turn right.

-From the East:

Take MacArthur Causeway West and exit onto Biscayne Boulevard. Go south eight blocks and turn right on NE 3rd Street.

-From the West:
Take SR 836 East and exit onto I-395. Exit right onto NE 2nd Avenue. Go south eight blocks.

Parking during the Fair...
A limited amount of free parking is available at the MDC Parking Garage at 500 N.E. 2nd Avenue from Sunday, November 4 to Sunday, November 11.

Garage No. 3:
College Station
190 N.E. 3rd Street
(Entrance on N.E. 2nd Street between N.E. 1st Avenue and N.E. 2nd Avenue).
Parking Garage No. 3 is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
